I have a strong foundation in Krishnamacharya's Yoga, having had the privilege of studying extensively under some outstanding teachers from his lineage. I have completed teacher training programmes with Viniyoga Britain and Srivatsa Ramaswami, the Indian Yoga master and lifelong student of Krishnamacharya. I am also a qualified Yoga Therapist. I am a dedicated practitioner with a keen interest in all aspects of authentic Yoga enabling me to teach in an holistic manner tailored to the student's needs and interest. I teach group classes, personal lessons and Yoga Therapy. I also offer training programmes in Vinyasa Krama Yoga for practitioners and teachers. I am based in Somerset but also teach regularly in Yorkshire.
