I have practised Yoga for a number of years, but more
often since divorce in 1999. It has given me strength and clarity.
I qualified in Yoga January 2006 and am now enrolled on a 'Pre and Post
Pregnancy Yoga Teacher' course along with 'Holistic Nutritional Therapy'.
I am also a Reiki Master Teacher and a practitioner in Swedish Massage,
Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. I also teach spiritual development. |
